Whilst our supplier company working on this issue, please follow the steps below as a workaround. 

1. Click on the Save button:

2. Click on RIS under the Export:

3. You now have a file downloaded in your Downloads on your browser:

4. Log in to RefWorks and click on Last Imported then click on Add and select Other file types:

5. Select the RIS file you downloaded

 

6. You now have Import References window, select RIS Format from the drop-down list where it says RIS Format and click Import:

7. You can now assign to a specific folder on your RefWorks account under the Import Options, if you don't select a folder, it will be saved to your Last Important as soon as you click on Import:

8. You can now view the reference you have just imported:
