  1. From the results screen of your search, select the Share option from the left-hand side of the screen
  2. From the menu that appears, select the link E-Mail a link to download exported results (up to 25000)

  1. On the next screen enter your email address and select the RIS format option

  1. Download the zip file when you receive the email and save the file within this to your Documents. You need to save this separately, otherwise the file will be empty
  2. Open RefWorks, and select Add>import references

  1. Select the file you just downloaded, or drag-and-drop it to the box on the screen
  2. From the pop-up box that appears, select RIS Format from the drop down menu > Click Import

  1. On the next screen, select a folder to add the references to, if needed, and click Import. You can also create a New Folder.

Your references should now be available in RefWorks. Please be aware that files of 5MB or large may take several minutes to import.
