- From the results screen of your search, select the Share option from the left-hand side of the screen
- From the menu that appears, select the link E-Mail a link to download exported results (up to 25000)

- On the next screen enter your email address and select the RIS format option

- Download the zip file when you receive the email and save the file within this to your Documents. You need to save this separately, otherwise the file will be empty
- Open RefWorks, and select Add>import references

- Select the file you just downloaded, or drag-and-drop it to the box on the screen
- From the pop-up box that appears, select RIS Format from the drop down menu > Click Import

- On the next screen, select a folder to add the references to, if needed, and click Import. You can also create a New Folder.

Your references should now be available in RefWorks. Please be aware that files of 5MB or large may take several minutes to import.
