Some browser extensions have been known to interfere with proxy settings and may cause a privacy error when trying to access certain websites (especially if they are still using an unsecure URL i.e. http)
Disabling the extension may resolve the issue, however it may not work in all circumstances. See the links below for instructions on how to disable browser extensions:
After disabling the extensions, you may need to close and reopen the browser window before trying to access the website again. You should also be able to enable the extensions again once you have gained access to the website.
