Lincoln Medical School students will receive ID cards from both the University of Lincoln and the University of Nottingham. 

 

Use your Lincoln card to:

  • access the Library and relevant buildings across the Lincoln campus
  • issue and return books and laptop loans using self-service
  • print, copy and scan on Lincoln campus
  • top up your Lincoln print credit

 

Use your Nottingham card to:

  • access libraries and campus facilities at the University of Nottingham
  • issue and return books at the Greenfield Medical Library at Nottingham
  • borrow laptops from University of Nottingham libraries
  • print on Nottingham campus

Your University of Lincoln ID is an 8 digit number starting with 20, e.g. 20569846

Use this ID to:

  • Log onto computers on the Lincoln campus
  • Make room bookings at Lincoln

 

Your University of Nottingham ID is 5 characters long and starts mzy, e.g. mzy??

Your University of Lincoln email address is your 8 digit ID number followed by @students.lincoln.ac.uk (e.g. 20569846@students.lincoln.ac.uk )

Use this email address to:

  • Log onto the Gateway (http://gateway.lincoln.ac.uk) to access IT systems and services from both Lincoln and Nottingham
  • Reserve library books at Lincoln
