- Trust/hospital name
- Place of publication - if the document is published by an NHS Trust
- Publisher - if the document is published by an NHS Trust
- URL
Therefore, we would recommend following this guidance when using the Harvard style to reference either a document about an NHS Trust (produced by the Care Quality Commission for example) or produced by an NHS Trust itself:
