  • Click 'Start' on the task bar
  • Select 'Control Panel'
  • Choose your preferred scale; Medium (125%) or Larger (150%)

Alternatively

  • Click 'Start' on the task bar
  • Select 'Control Panel'
  • Select 'Ease of Access Center'
  • Click 'Start Magnifier'

This enables you to increase the screen by 100% every time you click on the icon.
