- Click 'Start' on the task bar

- Choose your preferred scale; Medium (125%) or Larger (150%)

- Select 'Control Panel'
- Select 'Ease of Access Center'
- Click 'Start Magnifier'
This enables you to increase the screen by 100% every time you click on the icon.
