  • Please make sure the item is not freely available online as the request will not be processed if this is the case. (If you need help finding Open Access articles and chapters, see our helpful guide - How can I access full text anywhere?)
  • Please check we do not have access to the item through library resources by using the Library website search (If you need help searching, please contact your Academic Subject Librarian).
  • Check you have the relevant information for filling out the form:-
    • For books - the title, author, ISBN and year of publication;
    • For articles - the year, volume, issue and pages (where possible).
  • For book requests, select the library (University Library, Ross Library or NCFM Library) you want to collect your books from. Please note that some items may be for use in the library only.
  • If you require more than one volume of a work, please make separate requests for each volume.

Any further queries, please check the Inter Library Loan Just Ask pages or contact us.
