You will receive your article in one of three ways:-

  1. As a PDF by email from the email address contentandcollections@lincoln.ac.uk - you may want to check your junk/spam mail folder in case it has been directed there
  2. As a photocopy through the post – please ensure your address is complete and up-to-date on your Library Account before placing a request
  3. Directly from the British Library – in order to get access to the first and any subsequent articles that you request, you must first register yourself with the British Library On Demand service* and set up an online account, with its own username and password. You will only need to do this once. Your email will come from noreply@bldss.uk. You may need to check your junk/spam mail folder in case the email has been directed there and once you receive your PDF link, please see FAQ: How do I open my PDF article from the British Library?

*See FAQ: How do I set up a British Library On Demand account? for more information.
