You will receive an e-mail to your University e-mail account informing you that your item is ready to collect.

Items can be collected from the Library Desk during staffed hours. Please return any loan items to the location where you collected them from.

If you are on a registered distance learning course or placement then we'll post any loanable items to you by tracked mail; please contact us to let us know if you would prefer to collect from the University Library.

Books sent back by mail must be sent by a tracked mail method. Please retain your (Post Office) tracking receipt until the item is marked as returned on your Library Account.
