The new RefWorks Citation Manager- RCM add-in is now available to everyone in the University.
You may have the new and the old RCM add- ins in Word.
You need to remove RefWorks - RCM add-in which is the old version. To do this, please follow the steps below.
For Windows:
1. Open a Word document
2. Click on the RefWorks - RCM on the menu

3. Right click on the RW tile
4. Click Remove Add-in

5. Click on Yes in the message box

For Mac:
1. Open a Word document
2. On Home tab, click Add-ins
3. In Office Add-ins page, click on three dots on upper right corner of RefWorks - RCM box and click Remove
