If an information source does not have all the information required to reference it, depending on what the information is, you would do the following:

No author - use the title of publication.

No date - put undated in round brackets, e.g. Clinch, M. (undated)

Place of publication - search for the publisher's website and use their head office as place of publication.  If it is a website, look at the 'About us' or 'Contact us' information for their head office. 

Volume or issue number - follow the guidelines on page 36 of the Harvard handbook.
