Before we order your More Books request we
- check the details of your request for completeness and accuracy: we may need some extra information;
- check if we already have the item in stock. If we do we'll look at how highly the item is in demand;
- check that our suppliers can supply a copy within a reasonable time.
All requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. In some cases costs may be prohibitive but we will contact you if there are any issues with your request or if we need any additional information.
When your requested item arrives into the Library, we'll process it as a priority and reserve it for you. You'll then receive an email from the Library when the item is ready for collection.
